Pouchmart has been in business now for 10 years! At Pouchmart, we provide customization and or personalization to a variety of our bags. I’m here to inform you about the different options we offer.
Let’s start with the hot stamping process first. We do not have minimum quantities for our hot stamping jobs. The hot stamping process is a foil that is heated and transferred onto the bags. We hot stamp on the following materials: velour, plain organza bags, rectangular shaped satin and canvas bags. We are able to transfer logos, text and art onto the bags with this process (with the art department’s approval). Here are a few pictures of previous jobs:
On the velour bags, we also offer debossing which is similar to the foil transfer except we do not use any foil. This process is similar to branding and leaves an imprint of the artwork onto the velour bags in a lighter shade of the bag color. Take a look at the photo below for the debossing option:
The next customization we offer is silk screening company names on the satin ribbon drawstrings of our pouches. With this process there is a minimum of 2,000 pieces and takes approximately 2 and a half months. The final product is professional, elegant and a great tool for branding a company. We customize our bags for many large corporations as well as for small businesses. Besides printing on the satin ribbon, our clients can choose from a variety of colors of ribbon as well as print colors.
Some projects require even further customization, such as adding beads to the end of the drawstrings, sewing labels to the side of the pouch, special colors, adding zippers or buttons and much more.
